
Lifeline is an Australia-wide charity providing support for people in crisis.
Their call center team, Crisis Supporters, would use the Lifeline Service Finder to find appropriate support options for callers.
By inputting keywords bases on the caller's situation, the Crisis Supporter can search for suitable services in the caller's area, and send the list of support services to the caller by email or SMS.
This project is in the process of being superceded by the Lifeline Support Finder
